What is a bulk order?

A bulk order starts at 30 cards or more. This allows us to offer reduced pricing for veterinary clinics, pet cremation services, and animal care professionals.

Are there discounts available?

Yes. We provide tiered bulk pricing based on the number of cards ordered. To receive a personalised quote, please email us at pawsandpoppets.studio@gmail.com.

Can we mix different designs within one bulk order?

Absolutely. You can mix and match any designs from our collection to best suit the needs of your practice. Just let us know which designs and quantities you’d like.

Do you provide sample packs for clinics?

Yes! We offer complimentary sample packs so your team can see the quality and feel of our cards before placing a bulk order. Email us your clinic name and address to request one.

Can we customise the cards with our clinic logo or message?

Yes, customisation is available for bulk orders. We can add:

• Your clinic logo

• A personalised message

• Sign‑off lines from your team

Custom fees may apply depending on the design request.

What is the turnaround time for bulk orders?

Most bulk orders take 7–14 business days to print and dispatch. Custom orders may require additional time. If you need cards sooner, let us know. We’ll do our best to prioritise your order.

How much is shipping for bulk orders?

We offer free shipping NZ wide on orders over NZ$100, excluding rural and express delivery. We provide a full quote before confirming your order, so there are no surprises.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently offer shipping within New Zealand only. However, please email us if you would like to purchase digital copies of the design for your practice.

What payment methods do you accept for bulk orders?

We accept:

• Bank transfer

• Credit/debit card

• PayPal

An invoice will be sent once your order details are confirmed.

What if we need help choosing designs?

We’re happy to guide you. Tell us a bit about your clinic’s patients and tone, and we’ll recommend the most appropriate and comforting designs.

How do we place a bulk order?

• Your clinic name

• Shipping address

• Preferred designs

• Quantity (30+, 50+, 100+, etc.)

We’ll prepare a quote and confirm all details before printing.
